Management Company (ODTÜ TEKNOKENT Yönetim A.Ş.)

ODTU TEKNOKENT Management Company is the legal entity that is primarily responsible for the fulfillment of ODTU TEKNOKENT’s mission and goals. ODTU TEKNOKENT Yönetim A.Ş, that is the management company of ODTU TEKNOKENT according to Technology Development Zones Law No.4691, was founded on December 6, 1990.

Among the shareholders are ODTU Development Foundation, Orta Dogu Teknik Universitesi (Middle East Technical University), Ankara Chamber of Commerce, Bleda Inc. and EBI Inc.

ODTU TEKNOKENT Yönetim A.Ş is responsible for the development of the strategies that are set through the policies determined by ODTU TEKNOKENT Higher Advisory Council and for the implementation of the programs. ODTU TEKNOKENT Yönetim A.Ş achieves its mission and responsibilities by means of the Executive Board and its professional managers. The short-term application programs that align with ODTU TEKNOKENT’s vision and objectives are determined by the Executive Board.
